WREATH MAKING WITH INVASIVE + NON ENDANGERED LOCAL PLANTS, MARIA SARI, ELK NATIVE FLORALS
Elk Native Florals was founded in 2015 by ceramicist and nature enthusiast, Maria Sari. After living for a decade on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu, she and her husband packed up their two boys and returned to California to put down roots in her hometown. This homecoming opened the door to the creation of Elk Native Florals, a company born from her maker sensibility, a deep passion for family and the events that bring us closer, and the rugged coast she knows so well. Maria's designs are a melting pot of traditions, colors and flora that she crafts together to create something entirely new but entirely of its time and place. With this in mind, designs blend a seasonal range of flowers and foliage - both wild and cultivated, that draw up the spirit of the landscape Maria is grateful to call home.
